Domenica 12 Settembre sarà una giornata molto speciale per celebrare la vita con gioia!

Saremo ospiti di Marga, insegnante yoga e operatrice olistica, che ha dato vita ad un luogo molto speciale nella natura incontaminata di Viezza: “il Rifugio dell’Anima“, un piccolo casolare circondato dai boschi, un orto e un Dome dove praticare yoga, meditare ed abbandonarsi ai suoni delle sue campane di cristallo.

In questa giornata praticheremo insieme yoga e ci dedicheremo al canto devozionale accompagnato dall’Harmonium di Samantha, per lasciare fluire le nostre energie ed abbandonarci alla gioia di vivere!

Saremo in spiaggia libera o presso alcuni bagni di Cervia (per maggiori info contattami!).
Inizia la tua giornata con un risveglio yoga in riva al mare sulla spiaggia di Cervia.
Respira l’aria fresca del mattino carica di prana, l’energia più pura.
Energizza il tuo corpo e lascia che la tua mente diventi lucida e presente.
Dopo una breve meditazione focalizzata sull’ascolto del respiro, praticheremo alcune tecniche di pranayama e una sequenza di asana per risvegliare il corpo e caricarlo di energia. Termineremo con un rilassamento guidato per assorbire i benefici della nostra pratica.

Praticheremo VINYASA YOGA
Il Vinyasa Yoga è una pratica dai movimenti fluidi che consentono di acquisire forza, flessibilità e agilità. The retreat is open to everyone, from beginners to advanced Yoga practitioners. Those who are new to meditation or Yoga practices will receive full instruction, while those with experience will have the opportunity to explore more deeply.

LOCATION

Hotel Miramonti**** Sport and Wellness Resort is the ideal place for a detox holiday that regenerates body and mind.

The staff of the hotel will welcome you warmly, as the traditional art of the hospitality of the region Emilia – Romagna wants. You will be treated daily with delicious meals, freshly made with the organic products of the “Batani Farm”, just a few steps from the property. In the hotel you will also find a newly renovated Spa with heated pool, where you’ll be able to relax and enjoy some special moments of peace.

The hotel also offer amazing views from the windows of the rooms. It is located by the Lake Acquapartita, and it is surrounded by the untouched nature of Casentinesi Forests National Park. Just a few steps from the hotel you can immerse yourself into a beautiful enchanted forest where you will be able to admire the ancient chestnuts trees and to smell the fresh perfume of the autumn leaves.

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Samantha is a passionate yoga teacher, who decided to spend an important time of her life traveling and exploring the world, getting in touch with new cultures and life styles. But she is also deeply rooted to the land where she is born and where also started practicing yoga, so she will be happy to share her knowledge about the area, showing you the secret spots where to relax in nature, the best places to visit, where to eat the best food etc.

She loves to share her practice and knowledge about yoga, creating a comfortable and friendly environment during her classes.

Her speciality is Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. During her classes, from a gentle warm up, the rhythm will increase slowly through a sequence of different asanas, standing, sitting and lying down, aimed to stretch and energize the body. You will feel strong, free and energized, while your mind will become calm and present.

Samantha likes to make the practice comfortable for everyone, providing personal care in finding adjustments and variation for every kind of body.

She loves to combine the physical practice with elements of meditation, yoga nidra and pranayama, offering great space for the mind and the body to slow down.

Her mission is to accompany her students through a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance, in order to let the best part of everyone to rise and express fully.

SOUND BATH

During the Sound Bath you will be transported into a magical journey through your deepest self. Barbara will guide you through a meditative and relaxed state with the sound of different instruments: gong, singing bowls and crystal bowls, which will activate a process of self-healing from the inside. Just let yourself go and enjoy the beautiful sound and its therapeutic powers.
