Online Yoga Practice at the time of COVID-19

This can be a very challenging time for many of us, but it is also a moment to cultivate our own development in order to become better human beings!

During the time of COVID-19 our lives have been put completely upside-down, and we have learned that nothing is stable, everything is changing constantly, and we always have to be prepared to let ourselves go with the flow, no matter what!

Yoga is a great tool for situations like this, it helps us release the stress accumulated in our bodies and minds, to focus on the present moment and to cultivate our own inner peace. And of course it’s also a great tool to get our bodies in a great shape!

So join me on the mat for some nourishing yoga! We will learn together to listen to our sensations, recognise our tensions and feed our bodies and mind with a lot of care and love!
