Yoga is a great tool for children. Through the practice of asanas, pranayama and meditation they learn about compassion, relaxation and self-care. Children are our future so it is very important to offer them a tool to help them growing and making our world a better place.
Between the many benefits a child can find by practicing yoga there are: stress relief, ability to focus and study better, creativity, self-consciousness and self- confidence, compassion and respect towards the others, and of course also an healthy body, flexibility, balance, coordination and strength.
Through a playful approach, children can practice postures and meditation exercises able to stimulate their creativity and body-mind consciousness.
